The full name of Nepoleon Hill is 'Oliver Napoleon Hill. He was a American Self-help author. Most known for his book 'Think and Grow Rich's. His this book comes in top 10 best selling self-help books. He was only 9 years old when his mother died. Which earned him a deep shocked. Then his father got married again. And when he was 12 years old, his father also died.
He started his career as a mountain reporter at the age of 13. And married at the age of 15. Also shifted to Virginia at the age of 17 to be graduated in business school.
Then in 1908, when Napoleon Hill interviewed Andrew Carnegie, who was Elon Musk of that time, that means the richest man of that time. Carnegie gives an offer to him to interview most successful people of that time and ask him what the secret or formula of his success
Then 20 years later, Hill finished his research, and the outcome of that research is the book Think and Grow Rich. "Think and Grow Rich" had sold over 100 million copies by 2015. Think and grow rich is one of the most successful book of all time.
I have told you this biography of Napoleon Hill because I had to tell you how small the problems of our life are. We think our small problems are big but they are small. CHAPTER - 2
BURNING DESIRE
Burning desire is the starting point of all achievements. Come, let's understand burning desire with the help of a interesting story.
STORY - 1
A man named Edwin who wanted to do business with Thomas Alva Edison. His desire was absolutely definite, he did not have much money to go to the city of Edison New jersy and neither he know Edison. And these Difficulties was enough to discourage anyone and most people will become discouraged. But Edwin was very Determined and did not mind and sat down in the goods train.
And after going to Edison's company, he said that he has come to do business with Edison. But there they did not have anything as they thought. But he got a chance to work under Edison there. And it was a hidden opportunity for him. "Opportunity often comes disquieted in the form of misfortune or temporary defeat". As Edwin didn't get the thing he wanted but get the right direction (temporary defeat).
Edwin could not even get a better wage to work there. But he knew that he would one day make more money than he worked for. Then a few months later nothing else happened and nothing was going on. But Edwin never forgot why he came to New Jersey. Edwin's Burning Desire was the same as it was when he came.
Then one day, Edison invented a new machine that the people called the Edison Dectating Machine. But Edison's salesmen were not ready to sell the machine because they felt that this machine would not run much. As Edwin came to know, he came to know that it could be an opportunity for him. So Edwin made an offer in front of Edison he said that he can sell this machine. There was no other way for Edison. So they agreed and Edwin sold this machine very well. And with such good work, Edwin earned a lot of money. And a line become popular "Made by Edison and Installed Barnes".
Edwin doesn't have anything other than his Burning Desire and Determination. But still he do. He proved that a man can Think and Grow Rich.
STORY - 2
Centuries ago, a war fought two ships. One of those ships had half its soldiers from its enemy's army. So their leader ordered them to take down all the soldiers and burn this ship. Then to boost the morale of his army, he said that you can see that if our ships are burnt, then we will win or die. We have no other choice, either will win or die. They won.
Now the question comes that cursing the burning desire.
So, we can use it by following these steps :-
1. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire.
2. Determine exactly what you inter to give in return of money you desire.
3. Establish a definite date when you intend to posses the money you desire.
4. Create a definite plan for pursuing your desire.
5. Write out everything, you desire, how and till when tou intend to achieve it.
6. Read out loud statements, made in step 5 twice daily.
CHAPTER - 3
FAITH
When faith is found with your thoughts, it is transmitted to the Infinite Intelligence. Faith love and sex are the most powerful among all the biggest and best emotions. Of which love and faith are spiritual and sex biological.
How to develop Faith ?
Faith is a state of mind, so we can access it through subconscious mind through affirmation and repetitive instruments. Repeatation of affirmation in orders to your sub - conscious mind is the only known method of voluntary development of the emotion of faith. So, you can develop faith with the help of affirmation.
What should we affirmate ?
You can perform the affirmation of your Goal and can treat any positive thought. And you can also be grateful. You can start with small things.

AUTO - SUGGESTION
What is Auto - suggestion ?
Auto - suggestion is the medium for influencing the subconscious mind. Also it is a type of self - self suggestion. Auto - suggestion is a type of self - suggestion.
No matter what kind of thought it is, whether it is negative or positive, it does not go into subconscious mind without auto - suggestion. Our thoughts should always be filled with faith and emotions.
3 Steps to improve Auto - suggestion :-
(Note :- Read the 6 steps given in Chapter - 2)
1. Go to a quiet place where there is no disturbance of any kind and then close your eyes and read the note written aloud and then imagine that you already have that much money.
2. And do this twice before going to bed and after getting up.
3. And wherever you have written that note, keep it where you can see it before you go to sleep and after you wake up, you can keep it wherever you sleep.

Specialized Knowledge
There are two types of knowledge :-

2. Specialized Knowledge
It does not matter how much general knowledge you have. General knowledge does not help in getting rich. You will find many people saying Bill gates, Micheal Dell, Mark Zuckerberg, Lary Ellison were dropouts but they don't know why these persons take drop. They took the drop because they wanted to gain special knowledge which they was not getting in school or college, but those people do not know that they had taken drop for knowledge.
Here are some ways to accumulate the specialized knowledge you’re going to need:
• Find a mentor or coach who can share proven tips for success adm who support you in every failure in your journey.
• Dedicate yourself and invest to continuous education through courses, seminars, webinars, training, etc.
• Learn from mistakes.
• Make mastermind group.

Organized planning is the crystallization of desire into action. It means organized planning is the method to convert your burning desire into action.
